We find the best place to start is by listening to your students since, as one student said, "No one knows our school better than we do."

We'll come to your school and spend a couple of days gathering student voice through Conversation Circles with a wide variety of students. The outputs from those conversations will provide you with insight into what your students identify as their needs to academic success and overall wellness.

 

Next, we'll develop a customized Student Voice Needs Survey so you can quantify the needs of your students.

These first steps will provide you with a wealth of qualitative and quantitative data you can use to plan for wraparound services as well as for school improvement and professional learning.
